What is Corporate Membership?

Corporate Membership allows a business, nonprofit, or government entity to sponsor one or more employees as members of our club. These employees — known as Primary and Alternate Members — enjoy all the benefits of Rotary membership: fellowship, service opportunities, leadership development, and access to a global network of professionals. With Corporate Membership, your team can share the responsibility of attending meetings, projects, and events, ensuring consistent involvement without overwhelming individual schedules.

How Corporate Membership Works:

• Your organization designates one Primary Member and up to three Alternate Members.

• Alternates may attend meetings, service projects, and events either alongside or in place of the Primary Member.

• The organization typically pays membership dues as part of its commitment to leadership development and community engagement.

• Corporate Members enjoy the same opportunities for networking, service, leadership development, and fellowship as traditional Rotary members.

What Happens if an Employee Leaves?

If a corporate member changes employment but remains in the community, La Jolla Sunrise Rotary invites them to continue their Rotary journey as an individual member.

Dues and Fees

Dues are structured based on the number of employees participating and the membership model selected.
Businesses may also incur additional fees, such as meal costs when multiple members attend meetings.
